Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet, & I never buy extended protection plans. However, I got such a good deal on the item I figured. Why not!

I setup my tv and installed all the connections myself. They only brought the boxed tv in and set it down in the room.

If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased Geek Squad protection for a Level Smart lock that failed after two years. I was told that I needed to make an instore appointment for the repair. This makes no sense as the problem is with an installed lock - and it needs to be remedies. Save your money and don't bother buying a protection plan that does nothing to protect you.

This protection is worth it. You never know what might happen. If it breaks get it replaced I’ll always geek squad protection for my big purchases
