We still haven’t use our service but We feel everyone buying an electronic should have some peace that if something happen they will have their product fix.

Extra coverage is always a good idea. With Best Buy this is icing on cake for my purchase. I can use the camera and know that if something happens, they've got my back. No question.

worth getting to save you not to worry about the abuse the product can take. the little ones are ruff.....

Associate explained to me that if anything was to happen to my camera wether it be personal damage or manufacture they would repair or replace the camera. The protection is worth it because anything can happen and this is a major investment.

Doesn't hurt to have a Geek Squad protection plain. Will come in handy if something happens to the camera. Usually will be replaced for a new one if original cannot be fix. Based on previous experiences buying products from Best Buy.

I have used the Geek Squad over the last few years on three different computers and have always been impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and desire to resolve problems. I have taken my computer in to the store, and used their 24/7 on line services. Both have been great. The online services are particularly useful when I am out of the country and have problems with my computer.

Best Buy price matches with amazon which is amazing! And I really like the warranty here their are no loop holes Someone broke my camera at a party and I luckily had the protection plan and I got a new camera the next day

Good to know that no matter what the kid does with her instant camera, that the investment will last for at least 2-years with no further expense to repair or replace.

I've had Geek Squad before for a television and can't say anything bad whatsoever. Replaced tv, although it wasn't made anymore, and they gave me a credit towards something new.

I purchased this warranty for my prior camera and had to have it repaired. Instead of repairing the camera the manufacturer decided I should just purchase a new one and the the entire cost of the warranty was refunded to me. Great customer service.

Most products come with a one year manufacturer warranty but adding geek squad warranty definitely is extra and I would definitely recommend.

We bought this for my 8yr old daughter and she loves taking pictures and seeing them develop right in front of her!

Wife left her camera on a chair at an event. She forgot about it and when it rained didn’t realize it was still on the chair. Never functioned correctly after that. Was replaced fairly easily although it took a long while.

Highly recommended. It’s your safety net in case there’s a glitch the manufactures don’t cover.

I add protection on all my electronics, better safe than sorry.
