I purchased 2 years of protection on a HP Envy desktop, on a Canon 90D DSLR on a Canon EOS R mirrorless camera, on a canon EF 70-200mm f/2,8 IS 3 USM lens. I just feel safer with it in case I run into some bugs or problems on them

Bought this when I bought new Canon Rebel T7 for my husband for Christmas. I wish I had done this when I bought the first Canon T2 for him, because, sure enough, he dropped it and it needed technical help. The coverage is excellent and I won't be without it again.

Outstanding notification systems with Geek Squad. Had to send my camera out for repairs and cleaning. I was updated multiple times throughout the process. Arrived back as promised. I have never used Geek Squad before. Completely worth the extra cost.

Normally I skip the insurance. I bought this for a $1,000 camera for about $100. I had bought protection for a $2,000 tv and two years later the tv went out. They ended up replacing the tv for free with no fuss. Figured $100 was worth it just in case knowing from experience above that filing a claim is easy and I am covered.

I was having trouble with my camera. It wasn't completing the process of taking a photo. I wasn't thrilled when I found out it had to be sent out for repair and cleaning. I was glad to get it back and when I found out I could get it cleaned every year under the contract.

I will never buy without Geek Squad. I trust them will all my products.

Always have to have geek squad with my cameras. It helps me feel better and have a peace of mind, with some extra warranty. I like how they offer a yearly cleaning and service check up on the cameras. However, wish the protection was a little longer.

I've already used this once. My compute was acting up so I took it in to Best Buy. The gentleman listened and suggested leaving it there for a check up. I was informed daily on the progress and everything ended up ok. They were very professional and explained things in a way a "non tech" person could understand.

I recommend getting the Geek Squad protection plan because it’s really helpful. I am not tech savvy but the Geek Squad is just a call or text away. I have even gone to the store and they were available and eager to help me with even the smallest of task.

Living in dusty Arizona desert and it is really hard and cameras and camera lens. Best Buy stand by their warranty and I highly recommend this insurance, its much cheaper than buying a new camera or lens especially if it breaks in less than a year

I use this camera for action pictures. It takes great and clear pictures. I used it for softball games so far and can't wait to try it on other sports.
