Best buy has the best protection plan and keeps me buying all appliances and electronics with them. If they can fix they replace no questions asked. Can't get better than that.

Must have for accidentals on electronics that are pricey. Never can be too careful

Glad I haven't had to use this, but bought it with my Sony camera to ensure it can be repaired if accidental damage occurs. It's reasonably priced, and especially if you depend on your camera for income, you don't want to be shelling out for repairs if something comes up.

This is the BEST deal for your camera purchase!! I was into my camera starting the second year when it had am issue and had to be replaced!! $3100/body only saved me a whole lotta moola!! Highly recommend this option

I bought a 4 year protection because I want this product to last as long as possible and as a safety net for when my care isn't enough to sidetrack Murphy's law.

I usually get the extended warranty's on expensive purchases, but have never had to actually use one at Best Buy.

I previously dropped the a6300 out of my camera bag and did not have the Geek Squad warranty. Fortunately Sony repaired the camera at no charge. However, I purchased the warranty for added protection on the a6500.

I have called with questions and they took the time to check and respond accordingly. They've also helped with easy return in-store and ship replacement for an item.

The workers are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions needed love Best Buy!
