Geek Squad is actually the primary reason I buy from Best Buy! I used to only go to Best Buy once in a rare while if I needed technology, computer stuff, or a TV, but after using other protection services and almost always having a hassle and seeing how easy and accessible Geek Squad is, I buy everrything from Best Buy just because of Geek Squad service. My mother in law recently moved into a new home after her other home was destroyed in a hurricane and we bought her several items to replace what she'd lost. We live 3 hours away from her so being able to shop online and have things purchased, delivered, and protected so that it was easily accessible to her if anything goes wrong was very important. We purchased a 70" TV with a wall mount and installation and Geek Squad protection, a countertop microwave with Geek Squad protection, and a Washer & Dryer with Geek Squad protection. It's easy for me to arrange for Geek Squad services and appointments online for my 78 year old Mother In Law whenever she tells us she's in need of support since she is not computer savvy. I use Geek Squad for our purchases as well, TV's, Computers, etc. So far they have been easily accessible, and we've always had good experiences with Geek Squad.

The experience was great! My device was defective, I took it in and left it for 2 days. They weren't able to repair it so I was about to get a new device in store.

Had to return my gonpro hero 13 due to over heating an charging issues! Haveingnthis protection made ot seemless an painless experience. Everything was handled in a timly manner an the outcome was more than fine with me . If you want peace of mind on expensive products you buy its worth the money.

Great warranty. I’ve used it once to claim and they were very helpful, couldn’t repair my item so they gave me a gift card to buy a new one. I’ve bought several different warranties and this was a very good one. I’m buying it with all my new devices now bought from Best Buy.

I’ve been able to enjoy my electronic devices with the comfort of knowing that I can easily have them replaced either the same day or within 5-7 days thanks to Geek Squad’s protection. I’ve replaced GoPros, drones, 360 cameras, high end ear phones, tablets with no problems or hassles. I tell all my friends when you get electronic items that you care about, go to Best Buy and get theirs Geek Squad protection! Side note, I’ve taken some chances with videography and photography because I knew I could get the camera replaced! Also when they replace it, you have the option to purchase a new plan!!!! Which came in handy because I scratched my 360 camera lens getting the awesome shot you can see in my photo. I slid it through a small hole with no problem but then the boat made hit a wave while I was sliding the camera out of the hole. Geek Squad protection saved the day!

This camera is absolutely amazing. The stabilization is impeccable. The aspect ratios are varied and accurate. You can shoot in 16:9 and 4:3. I use these for FPV drones, and I absolutely love the weight. This is the lightest camera with the highest resolution that you could ever possibly buy for this application. The camera detaches from the main base so that you can film in the smallest form factor possible. If you need that extra battery and sd card functionality just attach the camera to the base. Which u should mention is the same size as the camera. I have used this now for more than a year, and I couldn't be happier. I normally shoot in 4:3 24 and 30 fps for nice shots in golden hour, but if you want to you could shoot in 2.7 120 fps to get awesome slow mo shots. It has since been updated with the ability to pull all the gyro data off of the camera for even better stabilization. DJI did such a good job with this camera. I can only hope that in the future we will continue to see amazing innovations like this.

Great experience with Best Buy when I used the replacement warranty for a $1k 360 camera I purchased a year earlier. Smashed one of the lenses on the camera and was really bummed. Took me a couple of days to remember I had purchased replacement warranty. Took smashed camera in to BB and no questions asked, they ordered a new one that arrived at my door 3 days later.

SO glad I purchased the protection on my GoPro! Long story short, I shattered my GoPro the day before I was leaving for another trip. Took it into BB, and walked out with a new GoPro ready for my trip! Will continue to buy protection on all my big electronic items here

Let’s hope i don’t need to avail myself to this and that the product stands up to its potential quality.

Awesome item wish it came with a memory card had to wait to even play with it till I got one. So far it’s been really fun to have use.

Geek squad protection is a must for me! Any products I buy from Bestbuy that this warranty is offered I always make sure I get it! The option to protect my expensive purchases is not a question and I’m happy they offer this worry free option!

They have a great returnpolixy that I'm glad I utilized. I have opted for this coverage just in case I needed it, and it payed off.

The TV is good I’m happy that we bought. I can find more channels I love

I bought my go pro july 2021 .and I avail the 2 year replacement . Why it says it’s not returnable ? If that’s the case I will just refund the protection plan that I purchased

I love best buy you get the insurance and i do not stress over any of my devices breaking bc best buy is on that. You are able to have so many more options when you purchase the insurance. I liked my sony 6400 but wanted the sony 6700 and bc i bought the insurance i was able to just pay the difference. They call it a memebership i guess but its insurance. Just buy it its really dumb and just locks you into your purchase with out it. To me its a no brainer!

Bough this service for a Insta 360 x4. Had an accident in my motorcycle and the camera was damaged. Bestbuy asked no questions and provided a replacment camera which at the time was $50 more expensive but I was not charged for the diferrence!
