    Didn’t know the item would need to be shipped out for repair and that it would take a couple weeks. Under the impression it would be replaced new. Was given a store credit.

    Gave a GoPro to my hubby as a gift. I bought it a little more than a week before his birthday as I do not like last minute things. After her got it, he decided he didn’t need this model too as he had the last model. We went to take it back about 16-17 days after purchase but only a couple after his birthday only to be told we cannot because there was only a 14 day return policy, which I didn’t know. We were only able to get store credit.

    The only contact I have had with the geek squad was not a good one it was for my grandsons iPods I got no help from them not to mention they couldn't even find my account where I purchased them and the warranty I had to tell them where to look. I truly hope if I need help with his gopro it won't be the fiasco that was

    I don't think I'll ever buy extended coverage again. they don't want you to use it. Heck they don't want you to bother them AT ALL.

    WASTOLD THAT THIS PROCTED THE CAMERA 100% AND WHEN CAMERA COULD NOT BE FIXED i COULD NOT GET A REPLACEMENT LIKE PROMISED ME HAD TO TAKE SOMETHING CHEAPER POOR QUALLITY

    I did not really need this warranty since the product already comes with its own lifetime warranty. So I think Best Buy needs to educate the customers as to when a warranty is needed or not.

    Nothing but a hassle getting the camera replace. Had issues at the store and was told in return for my more than hour long wait for something that should of been 10 minutes they would one day ship the camera that night. It took three days for the camera to even leave the store then 4 more to arrive at the destination.

    Employees telling people thier warranty’s are no questions asked replacement plans, no mail out service, Best Buy changed them 6months ago behind current owners backs!! THIER managers and supervisors are complete trash? THIER warranty trash best it will be bankrupt in less than 3yrs

    I will never get the geek squad warranty again. Took our computer in to get a cd removed that was in it and they refused saying that wasn't part of the plan. So why did I spend the money? I really don't know.

    Not so helping attitude of the Geek Squad Manager. Even after telling all the concerns and urgency no one is ready to understand the issue and just told me to go by the book.

    I think its not worth it paying that much money, when i was about to get my phone fix. They cant fix they said ussually they give a new phone and i have to pay the deductible which is just the same amount as u do it in the mall area
