Purchased this protection on a GoPro Hero 6. Screen stopped working two months in. I walked in with the camera and 15 minutes later walked out with a new one. Can't get any easier than that.

So far so good nothing has happened and hopefully nothing will, it's always good to have insurance.

I have Geek Squad on all my devices, which I love. They speak English, which is important, when trying to converse with them. Geek Squad has solved all my problems, when I have problems.

Didn't need to use it, but was comfortable knowing I had protection anyway. Just in case.

so something that's pretty expensive it is a relief to have protection...I will be getting the geek protection on mostly everything..you never know when something breaks or malfunctions

I've had this 1 year accidental program for almost a month now. I still don't understand what it covers. They say to download the manual or whatever on geeksquad's website but I still don't understand it. I think I have to go in store and really have to ask someone which is so annoying, but I need clear instructions of what it covers.

If you buy something very $$& you need to get a protection with it. You never know what happen BestBuy will back you up if you have it.

I bought this for my go pro. After almost 8 months my go pro stopped working and with this protection I was able to replace It easily without any hassle.

If your going to buy and expensive product such as a GoPro and gets damage easy to exchange they have it covered

haven't needed it but it's there and will cover just about anything that happens to it..i feel very safe having it..nothing to worry about
