    Bought this to work with a live person at Best Buy vs. online forms with the manufacturer. Beware that repairs to your camera and lens are not onsite.

    There is such a disconnect between the geek squad info for the protection and the actual camera repair shop. Very poor experience with my first go around. Hopefully if I need it again it won't be so bad.

    I've heard about how they have terrible focusing issues with sigma is, but ignored it who warned me. So when I got it, sure enough it would NOT focus. I would never buy sigma again. please just get a canon brand lens. They're more expensive, but way more worth it because my canon is so much better to me. Sigmas might be sharp when they want to work, but to get 15 sharp images out of 300 out of focus images is not worth it.
