I refuse to buy computers or have computers I am responsible for maintained by any other place. Chesapeake Square Geek Squad is an AWESOME group of people. Life happens, pushing the wrong button happens, having critters run across the keyboard happens, the Chesapeake Square Geek Squad has fixed them all

Geek squad has always been an excellent help in the past. I haven't needed it on this purchase though.

Have been satisfied with the protection for many, many years. Most of the time i have things taken care of first call, I have had a couple of times over many years that it did not happen with first call but still love the program

A must for laptop, never know what could happen to a laptop hardware system or software.

When I made an appointment at the Mesa store. The gentleman assisted me in transferring documents from my older Dell to the new Dell and worked smoothly.

Bought this for my daughter's school computer. She is not as careful with devices as I would prefer, and the Geek Squad protection is worthy. Have used it before and their service is always reliable.

No complaints but never used ultimately - knowing I had the protection and it seemed to be a decent cost to value ratio is why I’m giving 5 stars

Lenovo Yoga 7i 15.6. Sturdy laptop with premium construction and chassis. The I7 Evo processor from intel holds up well enough with some data basing and multiple active tabs. Gotta say definitely see a slowdown with any kind of simulators, games. What we all want is a 4K ultra book with a 1tb ssd 16 ram and Ryzen 7 processor with 450+ Nits of brightness. The brightness is mediocre in any kind of sunlight. I have returned this model for the 14 inch edition but it seems to have the same issues with brightness and ram. Lenovo don’t handicap yourself bring back the legion slim 7i and get thinkpad keyboards for all of your student, business and gaming laptops. Not trashing the build however it is not worth $1100 despite the overall build quality and reliability, this laptop has noticeable compromises in hardware and components. -T

Never had a bad experience with Geek Squad, always able and ready to fix any tech problem that Murphy's law creates

I have use this warranty several times with other products and it has never let me down. They always take good care of the service and will replace it if they cannot fix it. Used it with my old MacBook and they replaced it without hesitation

These guys are very helpful. Unless you u leave your laptop at home at all times like me , u should definitely opt in for their protection plan. It will save you a lots of runaround in case something happens to your pc
