They just work! I'd definitely recommend getting it for the first year at least.

I cracked the screen on my laptop and took it to The Geek Squad the following day. They shipped it off to Kentucky and it was fixed. The whole process took about 10 days. If you can deal with the wait, it’sa good piece of insurance to have if you do not want to do the repair yourself.

You can always count on the Geek Squad to make things right! They have found a way to fix everything we have ever brought in!

The agents has helped repair my laptops in the past. It’s very easy to schedule an appointment and everyone’s been very helpful.

I have this "just in case something happens" we know we can count on Best Buy to handle any problem that happens.

The agents were helpful on the phone, and when I came into the store with an issue they addressed me promptly and is thoroughly as I can imagine anybody could or would. They were knowledgeable friendly and very accommodating.

I like having this on my computer as this ensures protection on it so I can hopefully prevent what happened to my previous laptop.

Haven’t had to use this service yet. But happy to know if we have any issues we know of job to call.

This is an absolute must add-on for all high dollar buys. Best buy has the best plan for protection. They'll straight up replace it even if it a year old.

Got this for a $900 laptop. Wife dropped the last one after 4 months of ownership, without the added protection. Lesson learned.

Always get your insurance protection just in case something happens when you’re hard-core gaming on your gaming Laptop it’s worth it especially after spending all that money.

I'm not saying i'm clumsy or that I'm prone to accidents, but, it helps my peace of mind to have protection on my electronics. For a few cents a day, I'm covered for most every type of unfortunate mishap. To me, that's a deal.

So far Gook Sqaud has helped each time I have asked for help after we got off to a very slow start last year when I bought my TV. Getting my TV installed was not easy and it took a number of months to finish the installation.
