Geek squad works great. I always get the protection because I’m not Tech Savy. They are always helpful and make sure the product is fixed or new.

Have a Microsoft pro that would not charge. Took it to the Geek Squad for help. They sent it off and 2 weeks later had a new computer waiting on me

Though it was a little expensive but it’s always better safe than sorry. Bought for the fact that there is a chance something could go wrong.

So far, all of my issues have been handled professionally, and in a very friendly manner. Notifications for time frames to have work done could stand monitoring and improvement. Overall, very satisfied.

I've experienced a screen going out on my previous laptop. Good thing I had insurance protection. It didn't cost me a thing to fix. I would never go without insurance protection on my laptop.
