I’ve used the a Geek Squaq for over a decade - for many devices. I’ve always been very satisfied with their service.

Hopefully I won't have to use this but I'm glad I got this warranty, you never know what's going to happen.

Have taken advantage of it on a couple of occasions. They took great care of me.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Does what I expect. I had to file a claim on a device Best Buy honored it no questions ask was able to get the next model up with paying the difference

Extra perk that was included in the purchase of my Chromebook. Will see how it plays out in the future.

Learned to get accidental policy a long time ago. I always get the protection plan with every purchase.

I haven't had to use the coverage for this device but I've gotten good service with them on there coverages.

Bought this for my daughter's laptop & worth the price! Indont have to worry if she damages it.

Purchased as a replacement! Very easy to use and set up! Plugged in the USB and began working!

I highly recommend ALWAYS buying Geek Squad protection. It can pay for itself with just one claim.
