I do like buying the Geek warranty from Best Buy. I must say I have gotten my money's worth on several of my warranty products.

guess the sales person lied ( big shock). bought the 4 year and brought in laptop because the speakers stopped working they need to ship it out it will take three weeks. will not ship back to my kid at school after repairs asked to just refund me for the protection plan and ill keep the laptop

I took my laptop into the Greek squad and they fix it less time then they said. Great customer service

I couldn't figure out how to activate the camera on my HP Envy computer. The Geek squad didn't know that there was an off switch. The told me to call microsoft. They didn't know either. Neither did the hp help line. I asked google and in the 8th answer down someone mentioned the off switch, which is tiny and can easily be switched off inadvertently.

I hope to not need this, but I have used it on a previous device and I'm glad I had it.

Love geek squad protection. Never had an issue getting items repaired or replaced.

I believe this is a great insurance plan, I have not had to use it yet.
