Hey the Geek squad protection is really good. I got three years for $75 and it broke twice. Usually when I fix these issues it costs $100.

The agent put Webroot on my cellphone, so I would be able to continue to work.

Bought for daughter computer for school figured would be worth the money

Super helpful for a terrible prior Geek Squad experience in which my computer came back to me broken. The rep that helped me ended up convincing me to get protection on my new laptop and was super helpful throughout it all.

Piece of mind for my new laptop, a good investment just in case!

Nice Lenovo laptop with a touch screen and paid 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection, my daughter is enjoying the features. And she said I should give the product 4 stars in the review. The free digital Trendmicro internet security that came with the laptop has not been installed up till now. I called Bestbuy and they referred me to the Trendmicro Geeksquad team and yet no solution from their instruction. They initially told me that they would prefer to come to my home to fix it, which would come with additional pay, so opted out. I want to say that this accompanied digital internet security is not free as Best Buy claimed if not let them install it for me rather than deceiving me.

Geek squad is my go to anytime there has been an issue with my devices. This service is always worth the money.
