Honestly, this is the first time ever I can say that an extra warranty service plan was worth every penny! Thanks Geek squad for getting my my laptop baby back to working.

I heard a lot of good things about this warranty, so I got a 4-year one for my laptop.

Awful experience. Was told by an agent that I would get a price match. Agent disconnected after I paid full price prior to the refund. Contacted BB after, told again the price match would be done. Someone later emailed me from bb saying that they would not price match after all. Order was never shipped and yet to get a refund.

Bought Geek Squad protection for a new computer. Why wouldn’t I? Geek Squad stands behind their work and accepts that accidents (life) happen too, not just manufacturer issues after purchase. Have protected my Best Buy purchases for years with Geek Squad and don’t regret it.

My daughter's laptop was accidentally damaged. Since Geek Squad could not repair it, they refunded the original purchase price. That, in turn, allowed me to purchase another laptop for my daughter.

I buy the insurance for any device I carry around a lot. I learnt my lesson once when I had liquid spill on my keyboard and the device died. Money down the drain. Best Buy's insurance is pretty good, they don't actually replace the item, but they give you the money back in a Best Buy credit and you can buy anything you want. Not perfect, but still better than a total loss!

I bought the accidental geek squad protection because I feel that it is very important to buy a protection plan. Anytime that I purchase an electronic I like to feel secure and without any worry. They have the best protection and they are reliable.

This is very much worth it, because it is likely that your machine will get broken by your niece and then you wont be out of pocket for a new one.

I’ve never had issue when product had issue… they either replace or fix no problem

I went to Best Buy because I cannot retrieve my laptop product key and the Geek Squad member Dani is helpful and courteous.

Love my computer and the manager at geek squad was super helpful! Another employee had failed to send my computer in to be fixed but manager Austin took care of me like family!

Anything that comes in handy like the 3 year guilt free protection for massive purchases like the laptop was an amazing deal that delivered and even though i did not get to use it the return on it was guaranteed for my money back which makes it even better for accidental purchases.

I showed up 45 minutes early and they offered to look at my laptop on the spot. It was an easy fix, but would of taken me way longer to do all the steps correctly. The guy was friendly and had a fine sense of humor, so refreshing! Laughter is awesome stress reliever.

I am so happy i purchased this. I accidently spilled some water on my laptop and ruined the mother board. This warranty covered 100% of the repair. Needless to say, i will not be drinking water near my laptop again. Do yourself a favor and buy this additional protection .It saved me almost $400

We buy all of our computers and electronics at Best Buy just for the Geek Squad protection. I highly recommend it. I work from home & primarily use a laptop. I can't count the number of times over the years that this warranty has saved me. + I have never had any kind of problem w/ having my damaged computer replaced or fixed with this warranty.
