I haven't used this service yet but I have in the past and I think is good for what its worth.

This is for my son's laptop. He is hard on his electronics and I've used these protection plans in the past.

I love love the laptop I ordered from Best Buy. It's simply the "best"!!!

Agents are very helpful both at the store and live chat. They have helped me out on several times. Wait time is very reasonable when calling. Drop off and pick up at store has gone well.

Geek Squad protection is fantastic, always have great support from geek squad and get my products repaired or replaced through them. They always work with you and I’m a clumsy person always breaking tech.

This will come in handy if anything happens to the laptop especially since it’s for a 13 year old and things happen

The laptop is nice, easy to use, easy to work , I personally prefer it more than the other laptops, Hp is a good company

Whenever I buy electronics from Best Buy I like to cover any accidents that may occur with the product by using this coverage. Usually when I spend 500 to 1000 dollars for something I will purchase the coverage.

Warranty always recommended I’ve bought things other places had a problem had to mail in most things at Best Buy you go grab a new one worth the money

Have not used this on this laptop. It was bought for a 8 year old by my son in the navy for her Christmas. We have used it for many others. They do you right.

Bought laptop with questionable quality and wanted to protect the investment. Used it to replace the screen and speakers a month before it expired. Easy to use. Took only a few days and the laptop looks like new.

I have already used this product. I purchased it because my 9 year old son is well a 9 year old boy and prone to dropping or spilling stuff on his electronics. This is definately worth the purchase.
