Guy was really good at giving advice on what laptop to got with

It works great! The only issue is the keyboard has to keep being configured to light up. It stops after a while

I got this on my moms laptop just in case something happens to it such as; virus, cracked screen, etc.

Have purchased Geek Squad for several items purchased and were always professional and provided quick service.

It is good in case you need help. I didn't need the support so far but I am relaxed. Just in case.

Have not used this on this laptop. It was bought for a 8 year old by my son in the navy for her Christmas. We have used it for many others. They do you right.

I haven't had to use, but am confident that if needed, it will have been worth it.

I had my sound system go out eight months after I bought it something simple bad board inside I’m so glad I bought the geek squad coverage I would recommend at least getting a year on any electronics
