My laptop was stolen and recovered. There was damage to it. The warranty is completely worth it. The fixed it quickly and they are always available and willing to help with issues that come up with my laptop

JUNK The laptop died just after one year of purchase. Geek Squad took my laptop for a month, then returned it, having "replaced the motherboard". The battery, which was fine when I gave it to them, will not hold a charge; they wiped the SSD (for a motherboard replacement?), and Best Buy online support blew me off, saying to contact the manufacturer.

Wasn't sure I needed this but I purchased the protection since we have a lot of different devices. Turns out we've used it several times already so I think it was a good decision.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams
