Only called in once to see about a price match on the laptop which they took care of right away. Only problem I've had is when you call in your on hold forever before you finally get to talk with someone.

Hoping to never need to use it, but if I do Geek Squad is usually pretty solid. I would recommend getting at least the one year protection for anything over $250.
