I normally don't buy warranties, but with the added peace of mind for accidental damage protection I can now enjoy my laptop anywhere. I would suggest this for anyone who plans to travel with their laptop.

What can I say. Geek squad has a really good reputation helping and servicing peoples needs. Its well worth having that extra service on your stuff you buy!

Geek Squad has come a long way. They are so awesome! i have used the in store service as well as email and phone communications. Knowledgeable , ready to help and fix whatever needs to be fixed or changed.

We haven't had to utilize this yet, but I felt it was much needed and a good value for my son's new laptop and going away to college.

This warranty pays for itself! It gives me the confidence that if anything goes wrong with my computer greeksquad will be right there to fix the problem

I would not buy a new lap top with out this service. You never know what can happen. Lap tops are not inexpensive so this is good to have.
