Have not used it on this laptop but thier service is good and friendly.

I would not buy a new lap top with out this service. You never know what can happen. Lap tops are not inexpensive so this is good to have.

Without a doubt, this is worth every penny! had a device Crash on me and they bent backward to correct the issue!

Never had to use geek squad warranty but am always sure to purchase. I have small children so I like to be prepared for accidents.

Purchased to go along with a laptop that was purchased for a teenager. Need I say more. Just extra protection. Have other items that have or have had protections plans. Never had an issue with them.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Have not had to use it yet but have heard great things about Geek Squad service. They have a great reputation locally Hopefully will never have to use it

I have not had the opportunity to use this item, but I have used the Geek Squad in the past and have always found it to be a good purchase.

Purchased this laptop for my son entering freshman yr in college, he loves it, everything he needs from fast processor to long lasting battery pack.

The Geek squad protection is great to have since it covers products in my home so I know that if I need help it is available quickly. I am glad I purchased the protection though I hope not to have to use it.
