I have not had to use this geek squad protection but it gives me peace of mind that I have it in case of an emergency.

Having this pre-installed was a time & stress saver. Geek Squad also transferred all of my files & folders from my old pc to my new one. When I picked up my pc from them it was ready to use.

Thankfully never had to use it but was so glad that it was there in case we did - would rather pay for a warranty than a brand new laptop any day

I use Dell computers exclusively. One of their products, an Alienware desktop, could not be repaired by the Squad. It also couldn't be repaired by Dell without costing an arm and a leg, so I simply bought a new one. Otherwise, the Squad is extremely helpful and they can repair almost anything.

Geek Squad has always had the answers for my questions. Service usually very quick.

Perfect add on when you are a hybrid worker and take your laptop back and forth.

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

Geek squad has been there every time i call to help me get through a technical issue

We have not had to use this yet for this laptop. Over the last several years We had the protection on a different laptop that had a bad water spill. It was fixed very quickly and worked as good as new.very happy with the service.

The computer has its one year warranty but we bought this extended one in case our grandson dropped it

I always get this protection for my electronics. I have used it as my husband is not always good with using or taking care of a computer. The Geek Squad are so helpful and accidents do happen but you will always have peace of mind!

Repair my childs computer quick.but didnt know it was just for q repair.it was for a 11 year old so she missed it up again and wasnt able to get it fixed.

Always invest in insurance especially for electronics that are known for having bugs.
