So far so good. I've used the geek squad service plan for other laptops and have been satisfied so far.

I think it is good but havent used it yet. I forgot I had this and had to pay another company to fix a virus. Wish I had gone through Geek Squad

They offer repairs for little to know cost, depending on what needs to be repaired. They offer discounts on some purchase's warranty. And etc.
