haven't used it yet but hopefully it is good since a lot of bad review about the service giving to customer.

In this situation couldn't fix my Chromebook that I purchased the service for without paying for more updates that cost more than the original order.. Usually I'd give Geek Squad a 5 star review, I guess it was just circumstances.

The warranty is too expensive. I purchased for a HP Laptop and decided to cacel it when I realized that HP had the same plan for a lot cheaper. I waited on the phone for roughly 40mins beforebI could even talk to someone to cancel it. I can only imagine how long I'd have to wait if I needed service. Notbworth the money, at all. However the rep was very nice and easy to work with.

I thought the price was a little steep. I'm hoping I won't need it the protection plan though.

The protection plan gives me peace of mind while using and maintaining my new computer, but a bit pricey.

The Geek Squad referred me to the wrong place for an exchange or refund on my computer. Only had it 3 days it was damanged. Purchased the damage protection coverage. I had to purchase another computer because I really needed it for work. The original computer no one will accept it or exchange it and why couldn't I get a refund if I had a warranty and had to purchase another 1 because the store wouldn't exchange it

Don't buy it is not worth it id case you wont let your tablet fall

This is only for if you break something I guess, not if you have questions or need tech support.

Love geek squad use them all the time for computers and TVs and electronic device that I can’t work or that don’t work.

Always a good thing to have especially with kids, mishaps happen to all of us.

i had a repair done on a laptop, and had to take it back a second time. this time they replaced the hard drive. maybe it will work this time.

I hope I get my money’s worth. I don’t expect a product to go wrong this quickly.

They really tried to help over several days, but were unable to fix the problem and blamed the problem on the computer. Called my IT friend that then fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.

Had trouble with the TV going black screen. The big help was call the manufacturer- disappointing

Good purchase. Have kids that mess up and break things alot . So it was a good buy for me.

So far I have received no assistance from Geek Squad. I can't get anyone to respond to my requests for help.

Sometimes pleasant to work with and always hard to schedule an appointment. Quality of service is meh

The workers did not explain this well and when I've contact them before they were not helpful at all.

Really can give a review on them never use Geek Squad for my computer.

Only time will tell. Have nit had to use this yet. Will update when I know more.
