Always good to have just in case. If you can afford it, get a longer plan.

I've had this laptop for about a month now and it's been working great. I installed some programs to be used for 3d printing and the cricut. And still running well. Will update as the time.goes

I needed new Bluetooth hardware for my laptop as ASUS has had issues with Bluetooth hardware that causes WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Geek Squad did a fantastic repair and replace job. Impressive, given the Covid-19 pandemic business disruptions. Note: your laptop will be sent out for a few weeks while the repair is done. So plan accordingly.

Geek Squad service is always great. I've only used them a few times but the techs have always been above and beyond. They're so helpful and very kind. Always have solved my issues with quickness and kindness.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad's services for this computer but have been very satisfied when they've cured my computer in the past. Knowing that they are there for a nominal yearly fee is very reassuring.

I buy geek squad protection with every purchase. I would never buy an electronic without it.

Haven't needed them yet but it is nice to know they will be ready whenever needed.

I always get the protection plan. Have had never had any problems with there services at all. for example I purchase the Samsung Q80 65" TV when they came out after that had problems with that TV. They came out about 4 times with 4 part's to the TV which re-build the TV except the frame.

Haven't needed yet but they were helpful when i decided to add plan after i left store. Not computer savvy so knowing i can call anytime is a blessing.

I've always tend to purchase the Accident Protection for all my purchases. Especially useful on purchases for your kids, nieces, nephews as they get a little rough with the products. Just purchased this Accident Protection but Great to have peace of mind that my niece can enjoy this gift for the next 2 years with no worries.

I used Geek Squad on my last computer. Barely made last minute. They kept my computer over the time by over 2 weeks. Then it came back broke still. They gave a gift card in the amount. I got a new computer. I will still use their service but expect a wait. I paid extra to have my package shipped and it arrived later. They did not get back to me about this.

I don’t normally buy extra protection but decided to get it on my new laptop. Good thing 8 months after I bought it everytime I unplugged the computer from the power supply the computer completely shut down. I brought it in and was told it could take two weeks or more to get back depending on what was wrong. To my surprise it was back in 4 days. They changed the battery and did some other repairs and so far I’ve had no more problems. Great service

Almost everything I buy at Best Buy I get the Geek Squad Protection. It has saved me a ton of money. Recently I bought a new laptop and it was defective where the screen detached from the keyboard. I took it into Best Buy and they ordered me a brand new one. Great service, never have to worry about a bad product ever again with the geek squad protection plans!

At one time I wouldn’t purchase the Geek squad’s services, but I did recently. These techs well trained and communicative. They made me feel confident in their abilities and calmed me down when I was frantic that my laptop wasn’t going to work ever again. When it was fixed. They told me in layman‘s terms what the issue was and what to do with the future.
