When my washer stopped working I called Geek Squad for help and was amazed to find out I had the 3year warranty. I had forgotten I purchased it. What a wonderful surprise. The rep told me he would send the arts directly to my home so they would be their for the repairman. My appointment was made for a week away—-all with just this 1call. The repairman was on time and efficient. My washer is working just fine now.

Allowed me to get replacement laptop when it died literally 1 month after manufacturer warranty expired.

Good protection plan, always keep and be worry free,

I need a warranty and never get an item without it. The only gripe I have is that if your device isn't able to fixed you don't get reimbursed for the payment plan, just the cost of the item.

I love this protection plan it’s affordable and is great in case I break my laptop.

I have not needed to utilize the geek squad folks yet for the most recently purchased laptop. However, I have utilized the geek squad for other issues in the past and have found the technical service to be very effective in financially worth purchasing the protection with electronics such as laptops, portable HDD’s, and portable tablets etc.

Recommend purchasing the added protection and access to the Geek Squad expertise.

I’ve never had issue when product had issue… they either replace or fix no problem

I have not had to use it and I hope I never have too but last year I bought a Chromebook and didn't get the protection plan and then it brought as I am ended up with a very expensive paper weight

I heard a lot of good things about this warranty, so I got a 4-year one for my laptop.

This plan was a lifesaver when my laptop suddenly stopped working. I was able to get it replaced with a new one rather than wait a month for Lenovo to replace it. Geek Squad even took the time to get my files off of the hard drive of the broken computer.

Works Great, does what we got it for, and my daughter loves it

I guess they are experienced persons, but beside installing programs in my laptops, I never have been serviced by the Geed Squad
