When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

Love the geek squad. They were able to completely fix my laptop after spilling a gallon of water on it. It has been three year since then, and my computer is still like brand new

Ive had incidents where i accidentally spilled soda on my laptop, dropped and cracked the screen, keyboard would wear down and in all situations theyve replaced my device. I sould recommend this tk anyoje buyind a pricey laptop

The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! I would recommend this to anyone who has kids, knows kids, or is a fumble bunny like me. Cheers and Thanks Cascade Station Geek Squad members for all your professional and organized efforts!!

Love my computer and the manager at geek squad was super helpful! Another employee had failed to send my computer in to be fixed but manager Austin took care of me like family!

We have boughten enough of the warranties from best buy to know that they are great.

Bought this for a 2in1 HP laptop I got for my fiancé. I feel these coverage plans are always worth it with expensive electronics, especially with a touchscreen like the one we got. Hopefully we don’t ever have to use it, and I’ll be just fine with that.

This plan is so affordable. I have not had to use it , so that’s a plus.

I haven't had the opportunity to use the Geed Squad, but I am glad to know that I have the option of using them should anything happen to my equipment while I am out on the road. I do a lot of travelling for work and anything can happen between transport to and from a hotel room or using the laptop within the truck

This is a wonderful gift for grandkids. For their toys and Laptops. Luckly not needed. But last time they spilled on laptop this will over accidents great piece of mind of large dollar amount purchases!

I went in to just get a laptop. They mentioned this service and I have used it many times already. Under this service, they also setup in your house. The gentlemen that came were friendly and informative.

If you buy a computer for a high school kid please please please get the protection plan. This saved my sons computer and the people at the Geek Squad are great at what they do and provided incredible customer support. If you do one thing after an electronic purchase (Computer, TV or phone) it should be to buy a protection plan.

Best warranty to purchase, most stuff i do add the warranty

This is the third time I have purchased a protection plan, but wish it was the 4th time. The 4th one I really could have used. The 2nd purchase was for my TV. They came out looked at it determined it could not be fixed and sent me an in store credit for the total price of the TV THAT DAY. Awesome.

When purchasing this newer software/ computer I was informed by the Geek Squad agents that to get the two year protection plan like this one above is best, so in case something drastic happens I am covered! Thank you for this assurance of being careful; they truly care for their customers, and want the best for them, so thank you!

Insurance it’s only a sucker move until you need it. Am a huge advocate for insurance on all electronic products that l purchase. Would highly recommend this to everyone. An extra $50-100 on your product will give you a peace of mind when something catastrophic occurs like when you drop your computer while going through TSA.

I needed some help with my screen dying and they fixed the issue

I was unsure as to which laptop I wanted so Team Member Forest (at the Bee Cave location) was super helpful, and patient while helping me figure out which would be best for me. I become overwhelmed when there are a lot of options, and I am not a very tech savvy person, but from start to finish, he made the shopping experience easy and smooth.
