I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

I bought this because it was a great deal. I know that suppossedly its more room than I will need but I like the options I have with this.

Purchased with a laptop for my son. Service has been used to repair a screen damaged so well worth the cost.

It’s nice to have someone come to my house for technology issues when I can’t figure it out myself.

Great to have if they can’t fix it they will replace it great coverage for this product

Honestly I have not used this but when I do or if I do I know it will get fixed because they got my back

Always good to get a geek squad warranty to back up the one that comes with the laptop.

It’s great to know if I break my laptop in 2.5 years it’ll be covered or replaced at full cost :)

I hope i dont have to use it. i have bought geek squad plans in the past. sometimes the staff at BB are good to deal with and sometimes not so much.

Geek Squad is known to resolve any issues that may present. It is smart to have this additional protection.

The agents were all very helpful and they answered all my questions.

It's two years of protection that hopefully will not be needed. If it is used, I'll report back here to review what/when/how and if it's indeed a good value.

I will never buy a protect unless I buy the protection. They cover exactly what they say. Never had an issue
