Staff was amazing with there recommendations for my new laptop

Im not sure what i am reviewing since the app didnt actually specify. The items i purchased were a lenovo legion laptop, the geek squad warranty, a gaming chair, a desk, and h&r block tax software. All wonderful so far.

Purchased on my last laptop and it came in handy the battery lost full charge...had to have the battery replaced and specific keys got really worn and got them replaced. Did all this before the 3 year. They send out so it took almost 3.5 weeks before I got back but it saved me money.

I have always purchased the warranty service plan with the Geek Squad anytime I buy anything electronic or washer, dryer, stove, freezer, refrigerator, computer and they have never let me down. They answer all my questions, fix what needs to be fixed and they are fast at getting the job done. Would not hesitate purchasing when necessary.

When purchasing a product that may create a problem later it is best that you get a Geek Squad subscription, it is the best subscription I have ever purchased. The Geek Squad team are truly knowledgeable and explain what is needed and what is done with your computer or phone.

I got this plan for my son's laptop for college. The manufacturer does not send this laptop 100% ready out of the box. I had trouble setting it up because of the newer windows 10. I brought it in and without a question or hassle they got it ready. Very friendly and capable. Outstanding!

GET BEED SQUAD. You never what will happen. I purchase it, even when I think nothing will happen. Recently, I purchased for my laptop. 9 months later, my nephew spills water on it. Geek Squad covered it. Was able to get a new laptop ordered that same day.

Purchased for my son in college and having this protection on his new laptop gives me great peace of mind.

Support is awful. My laptop was not delivered to my apartment and best buy was 0 help. Now I am out $1250 and don’t have a laptop. I was emailed that I’d be refunded then after the fact they say I’m not. Will never buy anything here again.

A message to review seeking services. If the product hasn't been used (like a brand new support service) then don't ask for a review. How do I know it's any good? Use your database for something. Please! I have always had great experience with Geek Squad though which is why I get it for all my products. But I haven't used it for this product yet. and Hope I don't for a couple years.

I haven’t had to have geek squad fix the laptop I purchased but I have had them fix my old iPod touch years ago and I really loved how well they communicated with me and kept me updated!

I had locked up my laptop, trying to download a program that I didn't realize wasn't compatible with what my computer was meant for..they took it right away and I picked it up the next day

When I purchased my laptop computer from Best Buy I had alot of questions and Mr. Kyle was a very helpful and knowledged based employee who helped with with my purchase and answered all of my questions for the accidental Geek Squad Protection, I would highly recommend Best Buy in Wilson, NC and the protection plan it has been well worth it. I have purchased this product twice now. As a recent graduate, I can say this is a must for any college student. I used this plan to its full extent the first time with having to have my first computer replaced during my junior year. The Geek Squad employees were beyond helpful through the entire process. I turned around and bought the product again when I received my new computer.
