I haven't had to use it yet but I'm sure I can depend on them when it comes around like I did in the past.

Buying a Chromebook for a middle-school child is a must and the protection was a no brainer - already made use of it when she dropped it down our staircase and the touch-screen sensitivity was gone. Brought the Chromebook in for repair, took a little longer than anticipated but she did a decent number on the item. Got it back in perfect shape, like new. Well worth the extra cash up front.

The only time I've ever had to use this service has resulted in a wonderful experience. Geek Squad made it super easy to get my laptop repaired. The manufacturer was so hard to deal with, so I called Geek Squad and they took the burden off of my shoulders and made things right, and the associates I spoke with were patient and were able to provide me with all the information I needed.

We service was fine. Laptop was sent out took a couple of weeks to repair.

Geek Squad always has excellent service. I will likely be continuing my protection on my computer with them as I know they are reliable and great at their jobs.

I only bought this 3yr accidental because I could drop it or something else not covered by Lenovo I feel very good about the Geek Squad protection. Makes me feel at ease.

Always always always get geek squad. If for nothing else the peace of mind is worth it alone. I got it when I bought an expensive laptop and I had no worries whatsoever.

This is my tweens first laptop. I love her dearly but she is kind of clumsy. Knowing we have insurance to protect her laptop from unforeseen circumstances and mechanical failure. I trust the Geek Squad to provide professional service under all the calamities that might befall this machine! It is worth every penny to buy this coverage.

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.

Best Buy has a great geek squad. When my iPhone X got stuck in a boot loop, they tried to resolve the issue for me first. When that led to a dead end, the replaced it with a replica model & told me to come back if there were any issues with the new phone. The team was nice & patient, they even made me feel comfortable having been there for nearly two & a half hours.

Amazing device. Does everything I need it to and more! Would never buy another brand after owning this. definitely RECCOMEND!

A MUST YOU PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT YOU NEVER KNOW AND THEY EITHER FIX IT OR YOU GET CREDIT THE AMOUNT AND GET A NEW ONE , I BOUGHT A TOUCH SCREEN ONE THAT HE KINDA DROP THE BAG PACK AND IT CRACK THE SCREEN AND I HAD THIS PROTECTION IT IS GREAT
