I bought this plan with a new laptop purchased for work. I have not filed any claim on the plan and hopefully never have to do that. Bit it’s a peace of mind knowing I’m covered.

I have never went wrong with buying computers from Best Buy with the Geek Squad replacement.

Excellent warranty for my new computer if i will have an accidente o have the certain they cpul repair it ir change it.

Whenever I need help with anything electronic, GeekSquad is helpful. Large and small appliances are also no problem for GeekSquad.?

Geek Squad at the store and at the factory were very responsive keep us informed of the inspection and work on our laptop. At the end, a decision was made to replace the laptop.

Make the investment. I accidentally damaged my laptop that was very expensive and with this protected I was able to get a full refund! No hassle

I had an issue with my cloud drive shortly after I purchased my new laptop and the smart, courteous, and nice staff at Geek Squad. I have peace of mind that I purchased this service.

Repair my childs computer quick.but didnt know it was just for q repair.it was for a 11 year old so she missed it up again and wasnt able to get it fixed.

I had to travel to Florida and computer had a problem. I was able to go to nest buy and they were able to help resolve problem. Kudos. Love the service

The service was outstanding! I haven't had any issues yet with my laptop but they were very helpful with listing all the things they would be able to fix/support if need be.

The agent set up my laptop installing all necessary apps . Had to wait because I didn’t have an appointment but it was worth the wait

I recommend almost always getting the Geek Squad protection. They are so much easier to work with than the actual warranty through the company you are buying through.

The beat way to go is adding the Geek Squad protection on your purchase. The peace of mind that comes with coverage, is worth every dime of this small in cost but oh so big value.

Have not used this and hopefully will not have too but want to make sure if there are any issues i am covered. in the past it has come in handy and saved me.

The good news is the product was so good that I didn't have to use the Geek Squad, but I have heard good things about them. regardless I think it's good to have the protection.

You need protection so why not get it. Geek Squad protection was there for me before when one of my products needed to be fixed and it helped me out big time.
