Ah crap while typing this I spilled a drink on my keyboard typing so fast rattled the cup. No worries this saves you.

I would highly recommend for anyone who buys any kind of electronic electronic equipment or computer. To get the Geek Squad Service added to your bill. Because you never know what might happen to your merchandise once you leave the store. Then you have to pay extra money out of pocket to even to get them to look at your computer. Then you will have to pay for them to fix it. If you have the Geek Squad you don’t have to worry about paying out of pocket.

Allow me to preface by stating that I'm disabled, I don't drive, and I don't have a person that can take me to Best Buy. Upon calling Geek Squad, since my new Chromebook has been defective since day one, the representative instructed me that I'd have to come in. I explained to him that I couldn't do that. He then offered to have someone come over for an extra $150 (ballpark). That's about all I have to say about that.

The "Squad" knows their stuff. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what they are allowed to do. For example: I had an issue with my trade in and couldn't leave it for them to finish the task. Just a bit of hassle.

I love this service, I would recommend getting this with any purchase.

When my son's laptop started to make a noise, I took it to the Geek Squad and explained that I had purchased the protection. I was informed that the protection could not be applied, until a diagnostic was done, which a separate charge of $100.

These guys are great!!!! The geek squad is a force!! They tried there absolute best to fix my laptop in a timely manner. And when they couldn’t they were very communicative and sent multiple texts every step of the way to inform me of next steps. Got a replacement because I had there warranty and everything was so smooth and easy. I’m freaking ecstatic that I can play my favorite games again !!!

I love this laptop! It runs smoothly, has plenty of storage space, and has incredible graphics. The only thing I'd change is that there isn't a little light to tell you that your caps lock is on.

I haven’t had to use this yet but once my warranty runs out I’ll be happy I choose an extra insurance for my work computer. I’ve previously used their services and they give a quick turn around and great customer service.
