I am so happy I bought the extended insurance on my last laptop because I dropped a full glass of juice on it. Because of the insurance, they replaced my new laptop. Whew!

Didn’t have to use because computer is still great but you never now when you a great coverage

I haven't had to use it yet, but it's good to know I have it for when I do. I like the convenience of having things fixed locally instead of shipping them out.

Even though I haven't had to chance to use this service its great to have for your device.

I would highly recommend their protection plans! They are very prompt and helpful at making any repairs or suggestions as to what you need to do to better your equipment.

I wouldn't have it any other way. I know there is a high likelihood that I am going to break my new electronic and this helps put my mind at ease.

Bought to cover my Lenovo Chromebook. Haven't had to use the protection but it's nice knowing I'm covered if anything should happen. Small price to pay for peace of mind.

If your buying a laptop and spending a lot of money on it then it’s crazy not to get a Best Buy warranty. It’s breaks and they fix or replace for $0.

If you buy any type of electronics always get the protection. I have used them in the past and they are very good easy to claim and will get your item back to ASAP
