Recommend this keyboard to anyone with the 3 years warranty the best

These squats pretty good. But one time I sent my laptop in and an arrow key fell off. They put in the space bar correctly, but the backlights were broken by the end of it, and the arrow up key fell off.

I bougt the extended 3 year protection plan for y HP Envy 16 gb . Its great to have peace of mind!

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

This is a great option for those who like to have a piece of mind that they will be covered if something happens to their computer.

It works good but sometimes if I am typing and make an error it will not back up to erase. Other than that lightweight and easy for on the go use

They fix my computer for free with this as long as they don't have to open it up. I can bring it in or call to get it checked at any time.
