The 2 year protection from Best Buy's Geek Squad is well worth the money I spent.

I bought this to protect my Chromebook just in case it's needed.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

I am not the most tech savvy so the Geek Squad has been invaluable over a number of years with great customer service.

I bought the protection plan for my son on his gaming laptop.

So far so good. I haven't been able to use it yet.

I have had Geek Squad plan with my smart tv and the service was great. I highly recommend it for all electronics.

Did not have any issues claiming the insurance purchased trough Best Buy.

Mind at ease knowing i have real people i can go and see with any issues.

They set up my computer and fixed a problem I had after I bought it.

The geek squad is always extremely helpful, they do a fantastic job!
