Great computer for gaming and all other things. The picture is beautiful and the computer runs fast. Only downside to the computer the battery dies super fast. Does not hold a charge for long.

It's good to have for peace of mind, especially after our last computer died sooner than it should have. We haven't had to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection, because this computer is still working perfectly ... but we sleep better at night knowing we've got options.

Haven't needed to use their services, but wished I purchased on a laptop that I bought over 2 years ago. I good had had it serviced under the 3 years plan like a I purchased for my wife computer. Lesson well learned!

Bought for my boyfriend for his birthday to cover laptop purchase. Our son accidentally wet it and was able to replace laptop. Then when replaced I purchased again to cover 2nd purchase.

Haven't Had the Need For This Yet, ALTHOUGH it Seems My Laptop Audio Jack Port Isn't Working , So I'll Bring It In Sometimes And Hope They Can Fix It. It's an expensive Laptop So Accidental Protection Is A Pretty Good Idea For Me

i have not had to use it thus far although I am wondering if I should renew as it expires next month, I find often as these programs expire the issues occur

I'm very satisfied with my insurance. It included the coverage of to other computers besides the MacBook that I purchase so I'm already fix to other computers that were working at home I am very satisfied with the Geek Squad

I haven't used this and hopefully I won't have to, but when you're spending the much on a laptop, and travel with it to use other places, it wouldn't hurt to throw a little extra money at a protection plan. It covers pretty much everything for your laptop. Recommended.

The BestBuy protection plan isn't what it used to be. I had a computer a long time ago that my kids broke beyond repair and I went to the store and they fulfilled the plan on the spot. This time, my computer was obviously broken beyond repair but I was told it had to be sent to the service center regardless and at my cost of $85. I don't know when this changed but that's ridiculous. It would be 3 weeks before I heard anything back. I had to buy another computer on the spot because I couldn't be without one for that long. In the end they junked the computer, but the experience was not at all pleasant.

My sister who can be very accident prone has to have this with any expensive item she buys. If it can be broken she usually finds a way to do so. She has had to have a laptop replaced before because she dropped it and they replaced it no problem. It is very much worth the cost.
