I purchased this three year Accidental Geek Squad insurance for my ASUS Laptop computer. So far I have not filed a claim but am happy to know I have it in case I need it.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams

We've used Geek Squad for several years, both to transfer data from old computers to new ones, and to fix problems with computers we're currently using. And each time they've been courteous, quick, and reliable in what they do.

Haven't had to use it for this product but it's a comfort to have it in case something goes wrong in the first couple years of ownership. Have used Geek Squad in the past and they've been very helpful.

I've used the Geek Squad in the past when I thought I didn't need it. Kids Broke the laptop screen while playing around. It's a good thing I had Geek Squad as a back up.
