I havent used this service yet but it offers a good peace of mind. Just the ability to have the battery replaced after 3 years will most likely make this worth it

I knew if I got it, nothing would happen but if I didn’t, the computer would explode.. So I got it, and everything is all gravy.. I don’t even have to worry AT ALL..

We love having this 1 year accidental Geek Squad protection to use whenever we need to. We had to use it a couple times last year and it went smoothly. Very worth having it.

I highly recommend you getting the geek squad protection. I get it on everything I buy from best buy. They have one of the best protection plans, in my opinion.

Love the protection plan always comes in handy when you need it the most. Anytime I buy anything expensive I always make sure to get a protection plan just in case.

I always buy the replacement plan and warranty. If I have ever had anything wrong they have been more than accommodating and helpful. If they couldn't fix the issue with my purchase. It was replaced with a new one.

I had to travel to Florida and computer had a problem. I was able to go to nest buy and they were able to help resolve problem. Kudos. Love the service

I know it has a warranty just got this for an extra cushion. I have used the squad before they are so helpful.

I don't buy computers or tech gear anywhere else because of this protection plan. I do think it's expensive and overpriced. I have used it for repairs and have met with varying success on them actually fixing my stuff. I've had laptops sent out & replaced. My dslr camera was shot and after 3 repair visits, still doesn't work. They do give up a bit too easily on fixing some stuff which is annoying. I'd almost prefer they just replace stuff now but that gets complicated with computers. I do think a service plan is a must for new tech with kids around but I wouldn't say this is the best plan out there, they fail at getting stuff fixed sometimes. Be prepared to hold your ground & wait a lot. Pay attn to when it expires. I tend to get 2-3 yr plans if I can afford it, 1 yr just doesn't cut it.

I love that they offer these protection plans. I usually purchase then if there priced fair. I've only had to use them one time and it was pretty easy to get it done.

I cracked my laptop screen and used the geek squad service. The service is excellent. However the service does have a cap price. Once the cap price is reached and the repair is made you will no longer have insurance.

Happy and confident by product is covered. Laptop repairs can get pricey but this affordable 3 year protection will prevent me having to pay more than I already have.

It is a good ideal to make sure you have yourself covered if you have a problem with anything you purchase. I always get Geek Squad with everything I purchase.
