this is a great value, you never know when your things will accidently break or get damaged and this protects your purchase.

I have not yet used the protection plan I just hope if and when I get to use it will be an easy process for our product.

you get a warranty,. you be send it off. no telling when you will get it back. Greek squad you take it in, and they will contact you when it's ready.

Hoping to not have to use this but hey it’s for my 10 y/o laptop who am I kidding I’ll probably need it

I have had to call 3 times and all personnel I dealt with courteous and polite. They had me fixed in such a short time.. Much more knowledgeable than I am.

I have not had to use this yet but it just makes it nice to know I have the option to use it if I need to.

Basic insurance that covers the basics don't know what else to tell you. Try to get it replaced instead of fixed before they put on unnecessary applications on your device.

Excellent protection plan. No hastles. I buy these with every major purchase I make at Best Buy. Peace of mind.

Geek squad protection is a must for sending a laptop to college with your student.

Mounted TV’s and showed me how to work them. Didn’t use it at all after that though.

I love how responsive Geek Squad is. they helped diagnose a problem with my computer. It was not good news but at least they did not charge me for the advice and testing.

This plan was definitely worth it you never know what will happen with lap tops especially if I have kids !!!
