GOOD PROTECTION FOR 1 YEAR COVERING DAMAGES FOR THE LAPTOP. GOOD PRICE FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME

I love the accident protection, yeah its way more expensive than what amazon offers. But that's because amazons asurion protection is total garbage. Best buys protection is so easy and simple. not some third party garbage.

I normally have to think twice about protection plans.....but for items like a laptop....it is almost a no brainer.....one accident is all it takes for you to really wish you got that protection plan.

The warranty covers almost everything. They thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

The geek squad have been just a moment away. If I had any issue they answered my question quickly and concisely.

I guess it was ok I never had to used the service. But, it was there in case I needed it.

Took my laptop because it wasn't holding charge and they said it was going to take 4 to 5 weeks to get it back but I got it in 2 weeks and they send updates as to what is being done which is a plus.

I purchased this protection and used it once already for a faulty locking mechanism on my laptop. It was probably covered under the normal warranty but this way there were no questions asked.

Haven't needed it yet but sure feels good knowing I have it.
