Great Laptop had it for almost 2 yrs now it still runs like new

I brought my son an expensive and wanted to get his computer protected since it is for college and this plan seems well worth the money as it provides up to 1400 if his computer is broken and I paid 1900 so that is a great deal to have some of the cost replaced if I need it,

This absolutely saved me on my last computer. Almost two years later I dropped a dishwasher on my laptop (Don't ask). It was out of stock and so I got a gift card for the value to replace it and upgraded to the newer version of the laptop. I will always get this.

I have had every question I have asked answered promptly and professionally. When my new dog chewed a part of my cord that I wasn't able to get in your store the agent I spoke to told me exactly where to get it and what to ask for. Well worth the money in my opinion!

Bought this to complement a open-box Surface Laptop. Have not had to use this yet, but in the past Best Buy support has swapped out prior laptops after multiple attempts to repair at their original value. So I expect the service to match my prior experience.

Trust me it save you so much money buying the warranty if you don't and the item breaks or something is wrong you be repaying and lossing money.

So far they have answered all my questions and has helped get this laptop setup for frequent use. I have the 3 year accidental warranty because my daughter is 9 and I know accidents can happen,

I needed some help with my screen dying and they fixed the issue

The protection plan is a must have. Never had any issues when needing something fixed.

The agent i dont remember his name he was the GM of the Logan, UT store though. he was so professional, knowledgable, patient, and made the process so smooth and easy.

I like the fact that if something happens to it, it is covered. I have not used it yet, but I am going to renew it.

Thank goodness for this protection plan. My Laptop just stop working and the Geek Squad got it working again and I didn't pay for any of the replacement parts. You never know when you are going to need the plan. So thankful I had it.

I bought this for a kids computer………..a laptop computer, that is. It’s really really nice to know that if the thing breaks or stops working that the repair or replacement will be covered without any hassle. I’ve had good experiences with Best Buy in the past when it comes to this type of protection plan.
