Have not used this on this laptop. It was bought for a 8 year old by my son in the navy for her Christmas. We have used it for many others. They do you right.

Took my laptop because it wasn't holding charge and they said it was going to take 4 to 5 weeks to get it back but I got it in 2 weeks and they send updates as to what is being done which is a plus.

Very good choice for a teenager. Has came in really handy although it takes about 3 weeks to get back

First I cracked the screen. Fixed in 3 days. Amazing. Next cracked screen again and loose jack for the headphones. They could not get the part in a reasonable amount of time. Gave me a new laptop. Only hitch was I had to get new insurance on the new laptop.
