Geek Squad was great for my watch! It kept messing up and they replaced it with a new one for free as it was a manufacturer error.

If my kid dumps something onto the computer keyboard I know that I'm covered by this protection plan. The peace of mind is well worth it

Good to purchase this. I'm not that computer savy so I definitely needed this. Especially since something accidentally happened by the kiddos.

I need to always purchase protection plans. I have kids and its the best thing to do ever! Accidents happen and its better to be safe!

I don't think there's a product that I have purchased not also purchased the Best Buy warranty. The Geek Squad reps (W Lebanon, NH) have always taken care of any issues that I have had.

what can be said, its geek squad protection, we already have had to bring the laptop in 2 times cus it was acting up but otherwise the service is great
