Have not had to use this service yet however, we have used the Geek Squad in the past on previous computers and they were awesome!

I normally don't by the protection plans but I have been saved so many times by this thing and it's easy. Barely any questions asked and boom I have a replacement.

Purchase this protection plan for our TV and hopefully we won’t have to use it but it is a good thing to always have just in case
