I purchased this with my brand new Acer Predator gaming laptop knowing I cannot go wrong. GeekSquad is a great service to have because they will help you ship out your PC if it has any warranty issues to the manufacteurer and they will also fix stuff and replace parts if its out of the normal products warranty.

I purchase this service as a "just in case" feature. A no worry feature to have.

What's not to like about this service/insurance? Sure it's expensive, but it would most likely cost more to fix, or replace without this investment protection.

Best laptop lite weight and strong. Not heating mush and no sound

Who can't use even a short term protection on an item bought? I know I like the piece of mind.

They actually repair what you device needs and if the device can't be repaired they gave you gift card with the amount of money you paid to purchase any new device.

Came in handy!! My kids messed my mouse up a few weeks after I made my purchase.

Haven't had to take advantage of the extra warranty yet, but if I do it will be well worth the money

I needed a laptop to supplement my desktop, so I went to Best Buy to take a look. I found the exact one I was looking for. An HP Envy 17.3" laptop with w/touchscreen. I've been using it now for 8 months, and it has been beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

The agent was very informative and provided me all the answers I needed. They went above and beyond and even gave me a deal on my geek squad warranty for my ASUS rogue strix g18 on any and all internals even if it was broken by accident. They were very kind and friendly but also smart and knowledgeable and quick to the point and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. They were honest and have integrity and they are a quality warranty I totally recommend this.
