Protection plan, can't say anything bad about a protection plan, it is always great to have.

you need this in order to have a device fixed, i highly recommend getitng it with your device purchase.

I can't give any better simply because of issues in the past. I bought a laptop a few years ago and the cooling fan obviously didn't work. Laptop kept shutting down on me but no one could fine anything wrong. They didn't fix it not did they give me another. I'm still stuck with the piece of garbage

I haven't had to use it yet thankfully, but it's low cost that can save the inevitable kid induced damage that will come at some point.

They do good at helping with ur electronics, they fixed every problem I have had.
