I will never buy an open box item without buying this with it. It just wouldn’t be wise.

The protection plan was a good deal considering my laptop was around 1800 and the protection plan was 349 for 3 or 4 years. Spilled orange juice on my computer. The problem wasn’t full fixed(button still had a few issues) and it took around three months to receive it back. I would ship it back but because I was an online student I couldn’t bare using the school appointed computers any longer.

Minimize your risks and buy the warranty for anything tech related. Easy to use.

I recommend having the protection plan on all electronic and they are helpful if something is needed.

Still yet to use it but the peace of mind is great to have!

It is expensive but the protection and replacement it offers seems very worth it.

This was added to my daughters computer when I purchased as a birthday gift.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Love this service I recommend it with any purchase.
