This is great service for any electronic you purchase. I recently purchased a tab that unfortunately was having problems and after a few months started glitching. It fell so the screen was a bit cracked at the corner and i went to geek squad. They credited me for the price of tab and plan i payed that i used to purchase another.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. Part of the reason for that is because of the available warranty. I travel all the time for business and need a warranty that is good at any Best Buy. I have had to use these warranties before and have never had a problem having them honored. I would not buy a computer without one!

In the long run you will save money if your product has to be replaced if you spill something on it or accidentally, drop your purchased items and break it. You can have your merchandise replaced without paying anything. My 3-Year Protection Plan has definitely saved me money in the long run. Think twice before, walking out the store without FIRST purchasing your 3-Year Protection Plan. Take it from me its worth having.

OK I love the geek squad. They are worth every penny. I purchased the service because my son breaks everything. He’s 12 or he loses it. I had to use the geek squad to restore his iPhone because he changed his password and forgot it. They were able to help me as soon as I walked in and they solve the problem while I waited. Then I had to have AirPods replaced, that was also super efficient and everyone was very friendly. Thanks geek squad.

Have not used the Geek Service Quad, but for the cost of the item it made sense to purchase. It’s a just in case purchase.

I wasn't very tech savvy at the time of purchase. I went in for help with the Geek squad because I couldn't figure out why the keyboard and mouse wouldn't work lol. It was a quick fix by just putting the batteries in (I felt so dumb lol)... anywho, Thanks so much Geek Squad!

I made the best decision when I went into Best Buy to update and purchase my new devices. Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. Purchased for my son in college and having this protection on his new laptop gives me great peace of mind.

I bought this for the sole purpose of completing my school assignments with the added benefit of using it as a tablet. It does a great job at it and has helped me reduce the weight of my backpack by a lot as well.
