When you get a computer for a teenager, make sure that you purchase this valuable coverage. Kids sometimes are not protective of the items which they have, not out of malice, but simply out of being a teenage with not enough experience to know how to be protective of valuable assets like a computer. This coverage is a MUST!

I had this Accidental Geek Squad Protection on my former computer, and there were two construction failures on it. Geek Squad stood by the protection both times, but the 2nd failure required a part that didn't come in for over a month. Best Buy stood by their warranty and replaced the computer. The service is somtimes slow.

The very existance of the Geek Squad with my history of repairs, etc. made by them is a must for me to acquire a warranty for expensive acquisitions. It brings comfort in knowing that convenience and swiftness, as well as replacements, if necessary, is provided by the entire team no matter the store.

Great service and they had a great way to manage a way to help me or provide me with more than enough solutions to make me feel happy and relieved about my situation.

Love my Geeks! Can't go wrong... You must absolutely purchase the Geek Squad with every Best Buy purchase you make. If you drop it if you break it they will be there for you; if you have a question, if you can 'can't work it they will be there for you, if you're buying something for a parent or for anyone who I like to call "tech-no - logical" you must buy the Geeks... To sum it up you must by the Geeks

Always there for you. I called numerous times about different issues and problems. Never once could they not help. One time they went over and beyond what they were required to do. When they install equipment, they leave the area better than they found it. Plus they were extremely careful and measured to make sure they didn't damage anything.

I never get anything pricey without adding a Geek Squad warranty. That way I always have peace of mind. Even though it seems expensive, I *have* bought a laptop (actually just before my current one) that literally just DIED only a year later, and they put the money I used on it in full towards my current laptop. Will never get a laptop without it.

I recently purchased a Lenovo Chromebook and the extended 3 year Geed Squad Protection. The Chromebook was for my wife, who is pretty trustworthy, but she also lets our Grandson use it who is NOT so trustworthy. So... I thought the extra protection would be a good idea, just in case. Best Buy usually stands by their Protection plans pretty well.

Manufactures usually only cover problems within the first year. In case anything goes wrong past that point, I always buy these for my high ticket electronics. Do yourself a favor and give yourself peace of mind for the future

Love this option. Very convenient and it's right inside the store i already shop at. Well worth it and not that expensive!! Totally recommend and they set up my laptop for me after purchase to get me going...

I bought Geek for my family. This has been a great investment considering we all have electronic devises at home. They help you and fix your computers, cellphone etc. it is easy to get support you have the choice to either go to the store or do it only or by telephone. I personally do it by appointment at the store. Recommend to buy.

Haven’t had to use as yet, but glad to have this availability. Haven’t used very much as yet but, starting classes so expect to have questions & hopefully few, to no issues.

i have not had any problems with the laptop as of yet.

We learned through the years that accidents happen and a spill can happen on our computer!! Also, we have had repairs needed for our previous HP. The screen became unplugged within the computer and Geek squad had to trouble shoot it.

I purchased all my computers, tablets, printers and supplies I need from Best Buy and have never had any trouble with them. The Geek Squad is the best. Have always helped me with my problems and have never had anyone of them give me trouble. Always explain everything for me to understand.

The 3 year accidental damage warranty is always a good idea. One of our laptops was accidentally destroyed when a drink was knocked into it. It was replaced at no cost with no questions.
