Whenever I needed the Geek squad I was satisfied with the service I was given and my issues were resolved.

Anything that comes in handy like the 3 year guilt free protection for massive purchases like the laptop was an amazing deal that delivered and even though i did not get to use it the return on it was guaranteed for my money back which makes it even better for accidental purchases.

Haven't had to use it yet so not much other to say then it's a good way to protect your devices should something happen. Just anticipate having to replace the entire device as opposed to recovering anything. So try to keep important things on a hard drive external hard drive.

My laptop and I are on the go constantly! With that, I unfortunately break it from time to time with all the wear and tear. Geek Squad has been there every time to fix or replace the item.

With current electronics prices and the unpredictability of their durability, it feels good to have a protection plan, especially from the place that sold me the item. The protection plan with accidental spill and drop coverage is definitely worth the cost for my laptop.

Hard to say how well this is hopefully I never need it and all goes well. Warranties are always a guessing game and normally I never buy them but with my item it was expensive enough and likelihood of my butter fingers dropping it I took a chance.

High recommend, the protection plan is not like the other where you buy it and something happens they want you send it out or they just give you a hard time. It’s all done in house you take it in they fix it or swap it no hassle must have for mom and dad with kids

Good plan to have. Would recommend this to have for insurance.

I am so happy i purchased this. I accidently spilled some water on my laptop and ruined the mother board. This warranty covered 100% of the repair. Needless to say, i will not be drinking water near my laptop again. Do yourself a favor and buy this additional protection .It saved me almost $400

Highly recommend using Geek Squad. Over the years I have had a couple of incidents where I was not able to resolve an issue. Geek Squad was a le to resolve the issues in all cases but one via the internet. Tge one where I had to take the computer in was resolved quickly and I have had no issues since.

I buy the insurance for any device I carry around a lot. I learnt my lesson once when I had liquid spill on my keyboard and the device died. Money down the drain. Best Buy's insurance is pretty good, they don't actually replace the item, but they give you the money back in a Best Buy credit and you can buy anything you want. Not perfect, but still better than a total loss!

Very good service! Had to have my screen replaced twice and got it back in less than a week both times. Very friendly and understanding!

It is grate to have Greek because if I brake something I know they will have my back and be on my side so I have no worry’s at all of losing or braking my stuff Worth my money

It’s good to have , I always purchase insurance anytime I buy electronics from any place. But Best Buy geek squad is good until it’s not, meaning when you run into a issue that’s not covered
